He remains a highly effective choice for specialized encounters, particularly those that favor small unit spamming or defensive stalling, but he is now suited primarily for stacked accounts that can provide the necessary relic support to mitigate his small base stats.
The Ethereal Printer
Increases the number of champion copies in the deck to ensure consistent draws and reduces the cost of champion spells, allowing for more frequent mushroom planting.
Grants Epic items to three random cards in the deck upon summon. When combined with champion-copying effects, this creates an exponential increase in deck power.- A second copy of this relic doubles the item generation, rapidly transforming average followers into big, high-impact units.
Strategy
This build focuses on Teemo's summon effects rather than his combat presence. Against opponents with big units or high removal potential, it is often safer to keep Teemo on the bench until his level-up condition is met. His passive damage and spell-based trap planting are often more reliable than risking him in combat where he can be easily removed.
